01 Introduction

Welcome to petpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and petpkr ("petpkr", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the petpkr website located at https://petpkr.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

petpkr is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform designed for Pakistani users. petpkr does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not claim to be regulated, licensed or approved by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial government body.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the petpkr Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the petpkr Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations or matched deposit amounts awarded subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 8.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age and address verification process required before certain Account functions (notably withdrawals) are enabled.
• "Pakistan Payment Rails" refers to familiar domestic payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced for context only and their mention does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with gambling activity.
• "Platform" means the petpkr website at https://petpkr.cam, including all pages, features, game content, betting markets and associated services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful, restricted or subject to licensing requirements not met by petpkr.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the voluntary player-controlled features available on the Platform including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be played through eligible games or betting markets before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on petpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction if greater than 18. The petpkr Platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the minimum eligible age. Meeting the minimum age requirement does not, on its own, make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform. This includes users subject to the full application of Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, who must comply with applicable local law.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on petpkr. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
5. Personal Use: Accounts must be registered and used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Corporate or syndicate betting arrangements require express written authorisation.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on the Platform or any other gambling platform operating under the same licence where cross-platform exclusion applies.

04 Registration & Account Management

To access the full functionality of the petpkr Platform — including placing bets, accessing live casino games and requesting withdrawals — you must register a valid Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and residential address.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify petpkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keep your registered contact details (email address, phone number) current and accurate.

petpkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices. Two-factor authentication (2FA), where available, is strongly recommended.

You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information — including misrepresenting your age or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and forfeiture of any balance.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

petpkr operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawal requests are processed and may also be required at the point of registration or at any time during the Account lifecycle at petpkr's discretion.

Typical KYC documentation requirements include:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport. Both sides of the CNIC may be required.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your current residential address, typically dated within 90 days.
• Liveness / selfie check: A selfie photograph or short liveness verification video to confirm that your physical appearance matches your identity document.
• Source of funds documentation: For higher-value transactions, petpkr may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for deposits.

petpkr reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Verification timelines depend on document clarity and volume; petpkr will endeavour to process submissions promptly but cannot guarantee specific turnaround times.

06 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your petpkr Account must be made using payment methods available and displayed within your Account's Cashier section at the time of deposit. Payment method availability varies and is subject to change without prior notice based on operator arrangements, regulatory requirements and payment provider terms.

For context, familiar Pakistani payment rails — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast instant payment system, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as examples of domestic payment infrastructure. However, the availability of any specific payment method for gambling transactions is determined by the operator and the relevant payment provider, and is not guaranteed by petpkr. The mention of these providers does not constitute an endorsement of or affiliation with gambling services by any such provider.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. Illustrative minimum deposit figures (e.g., PKR 1,000) are examples only and subject to change.
• All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in the currency designated by the operator.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• petpkr does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT and other supported digital assets) where available are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate fluctuations.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of petpkr's compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Processing times vary by payment method, operator, and the User's KYC and compliance status. petpkr does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. References to "faster" processing for certain methods (such as e-wallet routes compared to bank transfers) are general and not guaranteed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed within the Account's Cashier section.
• petpkr reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above threshold limits.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if they are associated with suspected fraudulent activity, ongoing AML investigations, or outstanding KYC requirements.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering is complete.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

petpkr may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus figures displayed on the Platform (for example, illustrative amounts such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000") are examples only and are not guaranteed live promotions. Actual offer values, eligibility criteria, Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry periods are set by the operator and may change without notice.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

1. Each promotion is available once per User, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Bonus funds are credited separately from real money balance and must be wagered the required number of times on eligible markets before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
3. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games, live casino and certain sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
4. Bonuses expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified time period (illustratively 7–30 days, depending on the offer).
5. petpkr and the operator reserve the right to withhold, void or clawback bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or violation of these Terms.
6. petpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

09 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the petpkr Platform. Sport-specific rules and casino game rules are also available within each relevant section of the Platform.

• All bets are placed at your own risk. petpkr is not responsible for losses incurred through sports betting, live casino gaming, or any other game on the Platform.
• Bets are accepted subject to the odds and market conditions displayed at the time of placement. petpkr reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at times determined by the Platform. Bets placed after market closure will be void.
• For cricket markets (including Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and bilateral Pakistan international matches), settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the applicable tournament organiser). petpkr has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL or the ICC.
• Abandoned, postponed or cancelled events are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules detailed in the Platform's betting rules section.
• Maximum stake limits and bet limits apply per market and may vary based on event type, market popularity and Account status.
• winnings are credited to your Account Balance subject to verification checks and any applicable Wagering Requirements where a bonus was active at the time of the winning bet.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the petpkr Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to automate betting activity or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in odds displays — any such exploitation must be reported to petpkr support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports corruption, or placing bets on the basis of insider information relating to corruption.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any activity connected with financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, loss limits or self-exclusion controls that have been voluntarily set by the User or imposed by petpkr.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting syndicate without authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services to disguise your actual location.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support communications.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits that have been wagered, which constitutes fraud.

11 Responsible Gambling

petpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of voluntary tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Users at no cost and are accessible through the Account Settings section.

Available Responsible Gambling Tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you are prepared to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session cut-offs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your Account will be suspended from betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion (typically a minimum of 6 months) from the Platform. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the petpkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of petpkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, transmit or display any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform's content.
• Use the petpkr brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest affiliation with petpkr without express written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, petpkr, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside petpkr's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any reliance placed on information, content or promotions displayed on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, petpkr's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits petpkr's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. petpkr makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the Platform's content for any particular purpose.

14 Suspension & Termination

petpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Extended account inactivity (dormant account policies apply as set out in the operator's specific rules).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting petpkr support through the Help Centre. Upon Account closure, any verified real money balance (subject to outstanding KYC requirements and pending verification checks) will be returned to you via a supported payment method. Bonus funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which petpkr is incorporated and/or licensed to operate. petpkr does not represent that its operations comply with or are authorised under Pakistani law, and expressly disclaims any representation of Pakistani government approval or licensing.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as determined by petpkr's operational licensing arrangements.

Pakistani users are reminded that gambling may be subject to legal restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable local legislation. This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding their specific circumstances.

16 Amendments to These Terms

petpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, petpkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://petpkr.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
