01 Introduction

petpkr ("petpkr", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of its platform, located at https://petpkr.cam. This Privacy Policy sets out in plain, formal English how petpkr collects, processes, stores and protects personal information relating to registered users, prospective users and visitors to the Platform.

This policy applies to all personal data processed through the petpkr website and any associated services or features. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern your overall use of the Platform.

petpkr is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform designed primarily for Pakistani users. We do not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and do not claim to be regulated by any Pakistani authority. Data protection obligations applicable to petpkr are determined by the laws of the jurisdiction in which petpkr is incorporated and/or licensed to operate, and may also include international data protection standards where applicable.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, date of birth, national identity number, financial account details and device identifiers.
• "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, including collection, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, transmission, erasure or destruction.
• "Data Controller" means petpkr, which determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data collected through the Platform.
• "Data Processor" means any third party that processes Personal Data on behalf of petpkr under a contractual arrangement, including but not limited to payment processors, KYC service providers, analytics platforms and customer support tools.
• "User" means any individual who registers an account on or accesses the petpkr Platform.
• "KYC Data" means identity verification documentation including government-issued ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, liveness check results and associated verification records.
• "Cookies" means small text files placed on a User's device by the Platform to facilitate session management, analytics and personalisation.
• "Sensitive Personal Data" means special categories of data that warrant heightened protection, including financial details, identity documents and transaction records.

03 Personal Data We Collect

petpkr collects Personal Data necessary to operate the Platform, verify user identity, process transactions, deliver customer support and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The categories of data we may collect include:

petpkr does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data beyond what is strictly required for KYC verification, AML compliance and identity confirmation. We do not collect biometric data beyond liveness checks conducted as part of the KYC process.

04 How Personal Data is Collected

petpkr collects Personal Data through the following channels:

• Direct Submission: Information you provide when registering an account, completing KYC verification, contacting support, or updating account preferences.
• Automated Technical Collection: Data collected automatically when you access the Platform, including IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers and session data, collected via cookies, log files and similar technologies.
• Transaction Processing: Financial and payment data generated when you make deposits or withdrawal requests. Payment method references (for example, transactions associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank accounts at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) are processed to facilitate and record transactions. These providers are referenced for transactional context only and their mention does not imply their endorsement of gambling activity.
• Third-Party KYC Providers: Identity verification data processed through our contracted KYC service partners, who conduct document and liveness checks on our behalf.
• Customer Support Interactions: Records of your communications with the petpkr support team, including live chat, Help Centre tickets and email correspondence.

05 Legal Basis for Processing

petpkr processes Personal Data on the following legal bases, as applicable under relevant data protection legislation:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between petpkr and the User — including account management, transaction processing, KYC verification and customer support.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), age verification and other regulatory obligations applicable to petpkr's operating jurisdiction.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing carried out in petpkr's legitimate business interests, including fraud detection, security monitoring, platform optimisation, and responsible gambling management, provided such interests are not overridden by the User's fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Where petpkr relies on your consent as the legal basis for specific processing activities (such as marketing communications), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may be submitted through the Account Settings section or by contacting support.

06 How We Use Your Personal Data

petpkr uses your Personal Data for the following purposes:

1. Account Administration: Creating, managing and maintaining your registered Account, including password recovery, preference settings and account history.
2. Identity & Age Verification: Confirming that you meet the minimum age requirement (18+, or higher as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction) and verifying your identity in compliance with KYC obligations.
3. Transaction Processing: Facilitating deposits, processing withdrawal requests and maintaining accurate transaction records for your Account.
4. Fraud Prevention & AML Compliance: Detecting, investigating and preventing fraudulent activity, money laundering, multi-accounting and other forms of financial crime.
5. Responsible Gambling Management: Operating and enforcing voluntary responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion, in accordance with your instructions and petpkr's responsible gambling obligations.
6. Customer Support: Responding to your queries, resolving disputes, processing complaints and providing technical assistance.
7. Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated usage data (in anonymised or pseudonymised form where possible) to improve Platform performance, user experience and content relevance.
8. Legal Compliance: Meeting petpkr's obligations under applicable laws, responding to lawful requests from competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and exercising or defending legal claims.
9. Communications: Sending transactional communications (account confirmations, security alerts, KYC status updates) and, where you have opted in, promotional or informational communications about petpkr offers and features.

07 Data Sharing & Disclosure

petpkr does not sell your Personal Data to unauthorised third parties. Personal Data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers and Data Processors: Contracted third-party providers that process data on behalf of petpkr under strict data processing agreements. These include KYC verification providers, payment processing partners, cloud hosting providers, fraud detection tools and customer support platforms. All such processors are contractually obligated to handle data securely and solely for the purposes specified by petpkr.
• Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order, or requests from competent regulatory or law enforcement bodies, petpkr may disclose Personal Data to the extent required to comply with such obligations. petpkr will endeavour to notify affected users of such disclosures where legally permissible.
• AML and Financial Crime Reporting: Where petpkr identifies or suspects financial crime, relevant data may be disclosed to competent financial intelligence units or regulatory bodies as required by applicable AML/CTF legislation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections. You will be notified of any such transfer where practicable.

08 International Data Transfers

petpkr operates globally and some of our service providers may process Personal Data in jurisdictions outside Pakistan and the jurisdiction in which petpkr is incorporated. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, petpkr takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

• Contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses.
• Transfers to jurisdictions that maintain adequate data protection standards as recognised by the applicable data protection authority.
• Technical and organisational security measures applied by both petpkr and its contracted processors.

By using the petpkr Platform and submitting your Personal Data, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction, including countries that may have different data protection standards.

09 Data Retention

petpkr retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain your Account and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. Specific retention periods are informed by the following principles:

• Active Accounts: Personal Data is retained for the duration of the Account's active existence and for a reasonable period thereafter to facilitate re-activation requests and post-closure compliance checks.
• KYC and AML Records: Identity verification and transaction records are typically retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with standard AML record-keeping obligations. This period may be extended where required by applicable law or ongoing regulatory proceedings.
• Financial Transaction Records: Deposit and withdrawal records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations, typically a minimum of five (5) years.
• Support Communications: Customer support records are retained for a sufficient period to resolve disputes, facilitate complaint escalations and meet legal obligations, typically a minimum of two (2) years.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to petpkr's dormant account policy; retained data will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and petpkr's Terms & Conditions.

Where Personal Data is no longer required for any legitimate purpose and no legal retention obligation applies, petpkr will securely delete or anonymise such data.

10 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

petpkr uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The following categories of cookies may be used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly, including session authentication, security controls and login state management. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
• Performance and Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised or pseudonymised data about how users interact with the Platform — including page views, session duration, navigation paths and technical errors. This data helps petpkr optimise the user experience and identify technical issues.
• Functional Cookies: Remember user preferences such as language settings, responsible gambling tool configurations and display preferences to provide a more personalised experience.
• Security Cookies: Assist in fraud detection, bot identification and session integrity verification.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain categories of cookies may affect Platform functionality. petpkr does not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies for external advertising network purposes.

11 KYC & Identity Verification Data

Identity verification (KYC) data — including your CNIC, passport, proof of address and liveness check results — is classified as Sensitive Personal Data and is subject to heightened security and processing controls.

• KYC documents are processed exclusively through petpkr's contracted KYC verification providers using HTTPS-encrypted, secure submission channels.
• KYC data is used solely for identity verification, age confirmation, fraud prevention and AML/CTF compliance purposes. It is not used for marketing, profiling or any purpose beyond those stated.
• Access to KYC data is restricted to authorised petpkr compliance personnel and contracted KYC processors operating under data processing agreements.
• KYC records are retained for the minimum period required by applicable AML regulations, typically five (5) years from account closure.

12 Data Security

petpkr implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. These measures include:

• HTTPS/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between Users and the petpkr Platform is encrypted using HTTPS with current TLS standards. Look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar.
• Password Security: User passwords are stored in a cryptographically hashed format and are never stored in plain text.
• Access Controls: Access to Personal Data within petpkr's systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis using role-based access controls and authentication requirements.
• Security Monitoring: petpkr monitors Platform systems for suspicious activity, unauthorised access attempts and potential data breaches on an ongoing basis.
• Incident Response: In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, petpkr will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

While petpkr takes data security seriously, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. Users are advised to maintain strong, unique passwords, enable two-factor authentication where available, and log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.

13 Your Data Rights

Subject to applicable data protection law and any limitations imposed by legal retention obligations, AML regulations or ongoing investigations, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by petpkr:

• Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data petpkr holds about you, together with information about how it is processed.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data. Some corrections may require KYC re-verification.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to petpkr's legal retention obligations (particularly KYC and AML record-keeping requirements).
• Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that petpkr restrict processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, for example while the accuracy of data is contested.
• Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity and carried out by automated means, you may request that your Personal Data be provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to processing of your Personal Data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including for direct marketing purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact petpkr through the Help Centre or via email (see Section 17). petpkr will endeavour to respond to valid data rights requests within 30 days. Some requests may take longer depending on complexity; you will be notified of any extension and the reasons for it.

14 Minors & Age Restriction

The petpkr Platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 18, or under the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. petpkr does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the minimum eligible age.

KYC verification is designed to confirm that all registered users meet the minimum age requirement. If petpkr discovers that a User is under the minimum eligible age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all transactions voided and any Personal Data associated with the underage user will be securely deleted in accordance with applicable law, except where retention is required for legal compliance purposes.

15 Third-Party Services

The petpkr Platform may use third-party services to support its operations, including but not limited to:

• KYC and identity verification providers
• Payment processing infrastructure and transaction verification services
• Cloud hosting and content delivery network (CDN) providers
• Customer support software platforms
• Analytics and performance monitoring services
• Fraud detection and cybersecurity services

Each third-party service provider operates under a data processing agreement with petpkr. However, these providers have their own privacy policies and data processing practices that apply to their independent operations. petpkr is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services operating under their own terms.

The petpkr Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. Any reference to payment services (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) within the Platform is for contextual purposes only and does not constitute a link to or endorsement of those providers' privacy practices.

16 Changes to This Privacy Policy

petpkr reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, our data processing practices, or the services we provide. Where material changes are made, petpkr will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the petpkr Platform following the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at https://petpkr.cam/privacy-policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
